We are a Direct Repair Provider (DRP) for several major insurance companies. This enables us to work directly with your insurance company to expedite the processing of the claim. We can also assist you in finding a rental car service if needed.

For your convenience, our repair facility is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

For your added convenience, we have a key drop at the front of the building in the event you need to drop your vehicle off after hours.

Our technicians are trained to work on any make or model of vehicle. We have access to parts suppliers who can get parts to us overnight or within a few days time on most makes of vehicles.

We have an in-house certified glass technician to install windshields and glass on any make of vehicle.

We have a certified ASE mechanic who handles all mechanical repairs related to the collision repair. We can also handle any normal maintenance needs for your vehicle.

Paintless Dent Repair, or PDR, is a means of removing dents from vehicles without disturbing the original paint finish. Our certified technician can remove minor dents and dings or major hail damage. This process not only preserves the original paint finish, but also allows for decreased repair time and cost. Most PDR repairs are completed in just a day or two. PDR is an accepted practice by all major insurance companies and has become a viable and popular alternative to conventional body repair.

Crossroads Collision, Inc. backs all of our repair work with a written, life-time Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle. Any defects will be corrected free of charge unless caused by unreasonable use, maintenance or care of vehicle. To obtain service, please return the vehicle to Crossroads Collision, Inc. with your original repair receipt and warranty.
